Nokia has announced its new 6730 Classic phone, which is about to be available exclusively through Vodafone around the world. It runs Symbian S60 and packs all sorts of options for when you get lost.
The 6730 Classic gives you access to Nokia maps, along with turn-by-turn navigation. Points of interest are saved in the database along with local listings information, so you can look up where you want to go, and be directed all the way there. Sounds good -- we can't navigate our way out of a sack.
Also on board is Bluetooth, quad-band GSM and dual-band HSDPA connectivityness. It packs a 56mm (2.2-inch) QVGA display with all the colours of the rainbow -- all, er, 16 million of them. There's a 3.2-megapixel camera with autofocus and LED flash. Pictures and music are stored on a bundled 1GB microSD card and its expandable up to 8GB.
